Return Policy

We offer a possibility to contact directly on phone or WhatsApp so we can show you products for example by videocall if you're in doubt over colours, size or materials. Because we do not accept returns, please choose your art urn carefully. Sizes and colours are well described on the product page. We make art urns by hand and pack them very carefully because they are vulnerable during transport, that's why all art items are final sale, very sorry!

May it occur that you receive your art work broken or damaged in its box, please call us immediately, make a picture of the box and save picture and box. You might need the box for returning your art and the picture for our delivery insurance.
